@amorris1k Unfortunately we won’t be able to transfer the freeroll tickets into any other tickets as they have no applicable value. We can sometimes look into returning buyin or risk amounts for expired poker tickets, but the value of these is essentially 0 as it’s a free buyin.
Thanks for the explanation (had no idea they were of no value really) So will there be any other promos I can take advantage of that aren’t poker related? My Friday free spins bonuses used to appear every Friday and usually provide me with additional free spins since i only deposit with btc. And if your statement is true, the ticket has no value so basically you need to be skilled at poker, period to even have a chance. Is this the only love you can get for crypto deposits these days? Yes, let me clarify… I’m referring to the btc exclusive account type… so the free spins you are referring to are from the deposit made over $30 in btc on 12/24 or are those still pending to be added?
The program is a little confusing but I opted into the btc exclusive account thinking they’d provide more bonuses for the types of games I play mostly yet 90% of the rewards are poker tickets. Even different from the freeroll, I received an $11 sit and go the other day which, again, I would rather have in value for casino.
