I deposited Bitcoin for the weekly crypto reload match bonus and wasn’t given the bonus code like it said it would after making deposit. Please help me.
I believe this was already handled by CS, but the bonus is still in your account, it has not been redeemed.
It says deposit next to that bonus and I already did. How does the bonus code get given to me to enter it? Do I need to forfeit the active bonus I currently have?($70.17 locked bonus funds)
You need to redeem the bonus, and then when you deposit the funds will automatically be added.
There is no bonus code needed.
