I cant even remember the last time a rep has given me a bonus. Ive lost a ton straight this past week and acct is way negative overall… and still cant get a bonus???

I reached out to chat and that was a lost cause. I get the same message over and over again even after depositing in a row, “Upon checking your account you are not eligible for a bonus at this time”. Well, the bonus available has been the same crypto bonus for the last year and I don’t want a playthrough of 35x. Sorry! That’s unreasonable and unreal that no matter what you deposit, nothing helps this situation. Poor decision by Ignition.

Please accept our apologies for any confusion regarding receiving a cash bonus. Whether an account is eligible for a cash bonus is not determined by losing deposits. Bonuses are normally offered at the discretion of our promotion team. If our promotional team decides to add bonuses, deposits and withdrawals would be among the factors considered. As these offers do not have a set timeframe, you can continue to play at the level you’re comfortable with and watch out for contests in the community and on social media.

Yes this is bullshit I used to get a offer or a surprise in my account every week but nothing now for over 2 months.
They don’t believe in cash bonuses anymore they lost so much in the crypto crash that they can’t help their players anymore like that!! I have seen a cash bonus or surprise points in my account in 2-4 months!! I literally can’t remember when I was eligible to receive something even though I was depositing thousands weekly

i used to be able to get bonuses pretty regularly when i was down several thousand for the month and made a few losing deposits up until about 5 days ago. i deposit every day multiple times a day and up until five days ago i never had a problem getting some extended play, but ive now deposited at least 15 times for almost $1000 and still keep getting denied. ive had multiple times this week where i deposit and get basically no play and still cant receive anything. lost 120x spins within ten minutes a few days ago , and just lost $30 deposit in less than ten minutes while minimum betting . my last game was $.15 minimum and that still ate in no time. Its obvious at this point that im not able to receive any bonuses anymore or extended play for my comments on this forum. Nothing else has changed about my account, overall my deposit and account activity have stayed the exact same with losses only piling up. As soon as i start making comments 5 days ago about ignition changing the RTP based on the crypto market being down to grab as much crypto as possible and pay it back out when prices go up again i am permanently denied from bonuses. Obviously i pissed someone off with those comments and they wouldn’t be mad if they werent true i cant get any decent playtime for my deposits, down almost $5000 this month and cant get any free play chip , what the hell is the point in being a loyal customer? ANY other casino would be reaching out to YOU to give you some free play if you deposited 15+ times for $1000 in a week and didn’t withdrawal a penny. Ignition makes you reach out to them and wait half an hour to be denied while getting asked ridiculous personal questions. Waste of money, Waste of time , no entertainment
