I used to get treated so well by customer service… free play all the time or sit n go tickets…I know its not guaranteed but with my status level and the fact ive deposited over 6k the past 31 days… i cant even get a measly 20-40$ bonus anymore. Im seriously like 0/30 asking over the last week…On top of that last week getting promised 40$ by a chat agent and then them not putting in the funds only for cs to call me a liar after… my experience with Ignitions customer service has plummetted… i cant even deposit crypto without losing almost half of my deposit in fees. Really disheartening Ignition
