I have been playing Ignition for I know almost 4-5 years now and have donated plenty plenty of funds which isn’t really a problem because I enjoy playing so much but it does suck not hitting one jackpot yet lol. I’d say probably going on a year or 2 or maybe a little while before I reached Diamond Level which was around 10/11 months ago so yeah it’s been about a year and a half since I have really hit anything. Shoot, before then I would get up to a couple or few thousand and just kept playing because I was having so much fun. Now, I’m lucky if I get up to $500 lol then I just end up losing it all because I want to get up like I used to but it never happens. I am very seriously thinking about taking a step back or even quitting because I don’t have fun anymore just losing all the time. Wow really? I have like 4.5 mil ignition miles and have won 30-40k twice and then 25k once just in the past 2-3 years. These wins I only started with 40 bucks or so. But they weren’t just 1 big win. Im on titanium level with 1773611 lifetime miles. I have been a loyal customer for 3-4 years deposited well over $100k. Withdrawal or won no where near i get it, its gambling.
But for the last 6 weeks i have been depositing and depositing and i get no wins to speak of at all. Or ill lose my money in minutes after depositing playing slots. I dont get any bonuses anymore. I don’t understand. Im close to moving on. But I like playing ignition casino.

First off, giving me a depositors Freeroll ticket to a poker tournament that is also given to thousands of other players is NOT a reward. I refuse to play in a tournament that has 3000+ players, for 6+ hours. This is the biggest slap in the face.
About 2 weeks ago I spoke to Live Chat and asked about free spins, free chip, free poker tournament money, etc, due to a couple deposits I had made at the time. I have been a loyal depositing customer for a couple years.
The response I received was as follows:

TODAY, I decided to check my transaction history to see my total deposit amount as well as my takeaway. Takeaway was $0 and over 6+ deposits in the last 31 days.
I reached back out to support and requested the aforementioned bonuses as well as WHY I haven’t received ANYTHING in return from Ignition Casino for my contributions. After a few minutes, the agent returned and gave me the SAME EXACT RESPONSE AS BEFORE. Strictly copy and paste responses.
My response to chat was that I’m glad I received this information before I made any other deposits because it confirms my position that I will take my money to other very similar casinos where my contributions will be appreciated.

I’m a Titanium member also and yea it really seems like they don’t care at all about their loyal players anymore. Slot machines have been completely tight for a month or so. The bonuses they give out are a complete joke to me. I’m down around $3200 the past thirty days. They send me three different bonus messages giving me miles that amounted to $112.00 bucks. That’s an insult to me and I don’t get it. The free roll ticket to the poker game is nothing special and takes 5-6 hours to finish for like a $300 first place pay out. Yea, that’s how I wanna spend my Thursday night. Why can’t they give out free spins or bigger bonuses?
What’s the point of being a member if the perks are garbage? I don’t see them fixing this since people will continue to play no matter what. I’ll even continue to play since I do like the site and numerous things about the site but my playing time has decreased and will continue to decrease as I continue to look for something better.
