What is the difference between Platinum and Diamond level?

As far as I can tell, there is no difference between the two levels, I asked customer support and they didn’t give me an answer.

Hey @notinfallible137,

Redemption rate is different according to levels, for example for Platinum 1,250 Miles = $1, as for Diamond 1,000 Miles = $1 - Ignition Rewards Program – Bonuses, Offers, Real Money

I took a screen capture of my rewards screen. I’ve seen the same information that my rewards screen is convey elsewhere on the site.

I’m platinum level and it says $1 = 1000 miles.

Can someone edit the title of this post? It’s supposed to read like the following;

“What is the difference between ‘Titanium’ level and Diamond level?”

So, what is the difference between titanium level and diamond level? As far as I can see, there is zero incentive to being a diamond level user of Ignition Casino.

To me that seems a bit suspect…

You can see differences and redemption levels on the link I sent you above.

The attached image is from the link that you posted above… Titanium and Diamond are not different in any way. Why is that?

I cannot be the first person to question this… What is the point of the Diamond level? Titanium and Diamond are exactly the same.

The main differences are that different levels get different reward store offers and rebates. It also comes into consideration for discretionary marketing programs.

The main difference used to be the birthday bonus.

At Diamond level it was 500 vs 250 for titanium.

I’m titanium and I only got 150, I put a lot money and alot time to to this level. Im very dispointed

@Imgame71, if you are referring to birthday bonus, amount was issued correctly.
