Hi Matt I have a question. I just tried to withdraw with bitcoin as usual and I got a message that says one of my crypto deposits was not yet confirmed and that I should try again later. Could you please explain that to me? I’ve never had that happen before
@Zene1120 We will usually credit a Bitcoin deposit after one confirmation however until its completed confirmed (around 6-7 confirmations) it isn’t considered complete just yet. It can take about 1-2 hours for a deposit to complete.
