After signing in for a table I couldn’t play I eventually learned that if I signed out of the site and then signed back in again, I was still in that tournament and could play. However, I had already lost time and a couple of table rounds costing me chips.
What do think that is?

This error message is generally related to either connection issues or an incorrect password, but if you were already logged in then it was most likely a connection error. We recommend following the basic steps listed here and here to minimize most issues.
If these still don’t work then let us know in the future and we’ll definitely look into it.
Also, if you’re playing with a mobile device or on the web browser, always try to use Google Chrome and Clear your cache and cookies regularly.
