I have not made a withdrawal in 16 months and when I do, you review it for 13 hours?
Don’t say Ethereum withdrawals are 15 minute transactions if they are 24 hours.
Where is my damn money?

You leave me on phone holding for an hour… And never did get an agent.

The timeframe displayed is how long it will take to send once it has been processed.
This applpies to all methods.
