I’ve deposited around 30k this past month, became Diamond in a month with ease, yet everytime I ask for a bonus it gets rejected. I probably haven’t gotten any bonus funds in my last 20k deposited. If I go to any casino and spend that much money they will award me with free play. Any clue why I’m having this issue?
You do of course have to take into consideration the withdrawals you make too, and also bonuses that have already been issued.

Why would withdrawals matter? It’s a loyalty program. I withdrawed one day and get shunned for it 
I deposited around 30k this past month and haven’t got one no deposit bonus. Loyalty means nothing at this point. It’s straight greed. But then my buddy that deposits a couple hundred gets bonuses whenever he asks. Lame af
