I deposited with bit coin and it’s still not showing up? Did I do something wrong
There keeping them. Mine has 8 confirmations on the Blockchain and yet they refuse to give me my funds.

It seems like there was a Technical Issue. The issue has now been solved and any effected deposits were credited accordingly.
I have reached out to support about this problem and still no response.
