But I saw this post and figured I’d share my experience with poker glitch/lag & how I can see when the error is going to effect my game. Also steps I have found to avoid having the issue, and sometimes fix it. most of the time…
Anyways, yeah ive had some delays with poker when playing jackpot sit n go games occasionally. But i dont really play mtts, regular sit n gos, cash, or zone games too much anymore so I cant really speak on those games and any errors but assume it all stems from same issue
That being said I’ve never have had problems using poker client on my PC and highly recommend using that when playing high value games. Problems have arisen for me only with mobile, or browser on PC. My experience is I will sometimes run into these issues trying play 2 or more games at once or if i try play several in a row.
Since its happened to me before and im used to how the game is supposed to load, I can see fairly quickly when its going to have this issue. For example, ill have 1 game going fine, then open another table and it will go extremely slow and can mess up both my tables where they’re not loading hands properly, and I can tell the games going on without me even though it appears to just be loading slow.
To fix it I’ll close the games, logout, log back in, several times, then it will usually load fine and hopefully havent had too many chips eaten up while im gone. This has happened to me even if I reset cache, cookies, restart device etc so wasn’t caused by that. When it happens to me it will effect my loading poker games properly even across multiple devices that I’ll try using to get it working.
Sometimes i get this login loop when I go click on poker, will show the spinning circle loading way too long, then says login even though I was already logged in. I enter my info and just get the loading symbol, then back to the page saying login. Again and again and can tell its not going to work. Ill logout, login, click casino, logout and login like 2 or 3 more times then after couple times doing that it will finally load properly.
Now if im gonna play more than 2 games in a row ill logout, log back in and I usually dont have any issues. And of course I reset the cache , cookies, history, close browser, restart device etc before I start playing just to be extra cautious.
I would say if your able to just use the poker client, or if you’ve had these type of issue using mobile or browser version of poker, dont play more than 1 or 2 in a row without closing out everything and logging back in.
