So I’ve been in a bunch of live chats that got me no where. Came in here and found out my ID needs to be verified. Well my device never showed a location to do that before a requested my withdraw. I sent my id in through email yesterday but my account is still showing not verified. What do I do because In live chat the person just told me to cancel my withdrawal and start again over? Can someone please help me with this thank u very much.
