I’ve seen other posts with this same issue, so just creating the topic in the hopes of getting moderator attention.
Unable to withdraw, with error message stating a previous crypto deposit needs to be confirmed. It has 16 confirmations on the block chain, so I assume there is an issue lying elsewhere.

Nicolas, I am currently experiencing this issue and similar to simao80, all my deposits have been confirmed (this is the first time I have had any issue withdrawing available funds before), any assistance would be greatly appreciated.
