I’ve seen other posts with this same issue, so just creating the topic in the hopes of getting moderator attention.
Unable to withdraw, with error message stating a previous crypto deposit needs to be confirmed. It has 16 confirmations on the block chain, so I assume there is an issue lying elsewhere.
