I have never had any issues with withdrawals until today. My account is now stating withdrawal not available. I have contacted chat and the first rep went through troubleshooting steps which subsequently ended up in being disconnected. I started the chat again and the next rep immediately just told me to have patience that shes sure it would resolve in time. @admins could you please assist in seeing what the issue on my account may be and what I should do to resolve it? Thanks in advance
