It’s not the win lose concept that’s the issue here your players a obviously providing constructive criticism towards a flawed rewards system that if we’re properly designed would offer all players an equal rewards weekly if nothing else to ensure theyre felt to be valued equally and the rewards should strictly be based on that concept PLAYER APPRECIATION. not a seesaw of bonus funds and unfair disadvantages your players are left in who were expecting to receive a “reward” like everyone else
@SmokEmHigh I’m not entirely sure this comment has to do with the OP, but in response to it, accounts are not all the same, some players will receive one promotion, while others will receive a different promotion. This is of course something we have no control over and is down to the discretion of our marketing team to decide who should get what. Just to add, we have no criteria or eligibility information regarding any promotions that are offered, this again is down to marketing.
Just to add a note here as well, most of our promotions are evenly distributed and written and detailed on the website. Even in the case of your BTC benefits, everyone receives the same 15000 reward points to ensure all players receive a base value. Your reward point redemption rate for playing games is written onsite and according to Tier level or somewhat akin to player appreciation.
