I am a Titanium Member and Im really not sure why ive been loyal to this casino. I play here every day and just turned Titanium recently. I never play with bonuses and I play slots daily to the tune of a 50$ deposit. Ive had really bad luck lately and was low on funds so I decided to ask customer service chat to oblige me with a free chip something every casino ive ever played with would happily do for a top tier member. Today i was told no because i have bonuses available in my rewards, these are the stupid weekly crypto bonuses that ive never used because i m unable to they are useless to me. I was told that it doesnt matter that im a top tier member they cannot do anything for me. I asked to speak to a supervisor and was told NO because it wouldnt change anything. Are you serious with this SH!T? YOUR GOING TO DENY A TITANIUM MEMBER< SOMEONE WHO SPENDS MONEY WITH YOU EVRY DAY THE RIGHT TO SPEAK TO A SUPERVISOR>< WOW. I AM SERIOUSLY DONE WITH THIS PLACE IF THIS EXPERIENCE IS NOT REMEDIED AND IM NOT MADE TO FEEL VALUED AS A HIGHLY VALUED CUSTOMER! **Same here I talked to someone this morning for 50 minutes on the phone because I’ve deposited almost $9k this month. The lady couldn’t Help me so I asked to speak to her supervisor she kept telling me that that’s not possible eventually I got to talk to a so-called supervisor and he kept telling me the same thing I believe his name was Levin so then I asked to speak To his boss which would be the manager I guess and he said there’s nobody hire that I can speak with he was the last on this issue and eventually he ended up hanging up on me!!! This place along with bovada has absolutely drove me crazy with how they actually are treating their top players!!! I think it is a sinking ship!! And they keep telling me about the refer a friend bonus but I don’t want to do that to my friends! There are absolutely no incentives to keep playing here anymore They are forcing players to use deposit bonuses to be eligible for freeplay! **
And I tried to speak freely about it this morning and a mod flagged my post as a personal message!!! WTF
I was told no because I had freeroll tickets in my rewards, she said “you can use these tickets at this very moment”

I usually have very nice reps but recenyly they have been a bit short with me.
As far as giving away free plays ignition is #1 and so is the rollover (lol) and that’s why I never understood why they say no to regulars soecially if your deposits is more than your withdrawals + bonuses (cashback, gifts, deposits match, exceptions etc) . However Customer service has been pretty good to me even as everyone complains about not being given free bonuses this week. They mostly always have been. For me, my main complaint isn’t whether not they give the bonus bc I don’t feel entitled to it but it’s the show some agents put on and the thirty minutes it takes to get a no. I’m sure they know within minutes whether or not they can give u freeplay and then up to them how much. But some just do all this extra stuff just to tell u no. If ur gonna say no then Tell me no right away. That would be my suggestion

Same experience here. they are lying about the potential jackpots in their new games and they are allowing theft in the poker for a long time. I report it and get treated like the thief. Others in the forum get thousands in funds returned. I dont know what 20Mil lifetime ignition miles means beyond I am treated like plebian begger, while the jesters laugh at me.
