Hi there. A few minutes ago all of my tables suddenly closed and I received the following message. “You have been partially disconnected. It will not affect your gameplay. Please re-login at your convenience.”
However it did affect my gameplay :

I would like a refund for this hand. I lost money at my other three tables as well.
I’d like to say this in an occasional problem for me too. 0-2 times per session this past couple weeks. All of my tourney tables would close, pop up that message, brings me to login screen. Then slowly I’d have to click “take my seat” on each lobby, hoping it didn’t affect any crucial hands. Scary because it can happen during mid hand, and 100% I won’t make it back in time, hopefully this bug gets fixed.
Man I’m sorry to hear that. One of the worst parts is that the prompt says the partial disconnect won’t affect your gameplay. 
Have you received any refunds?
Just wanted to let them know this is an issue and hopefully they’ll find a fix. Can’t really refund us if we were only affected a couple tourney hands. But yes, they’re good on refunds when necessary.
