Hi ignition team and forum, I am a longtime user of ignition and I am overall very happy with my experience thus far. With that being said, I think if I were to suggest any improvements for Ignition overall, it would be to improve the community forum. Doing so could include adding more topics, having more competitions, etc. I really enjoy communicating with mods and other players, so I think this would really improve my expereience @Akhilla

@Akhilla I’ve been a user on ignition for a few years now. The site is a very good site so far for me. The only thing I would recommend is better communication with players. Sometimes when there are things going on with the site the first reaction is to automatically say. Clear cache and so on. But when there are multiple people saying the same things are happening. The cache is probably not the problem. So my advice would be to listen to players to a certain extent anyway. Can’t all the time lol. Better communication

I want tournaments and more bonus or promotions for the smaller guys but still are dedicated to using ignition above all other casinos.

I’m not even gonna really start with how since I’ve became a diamond tier player It’s probably tripled in negativity for me…Maybe I expect too much but I’m not even really gonna go there because if you could do the math on how much it cost to get to a diamond tier… :exploding_head:…there’s a reason there has never even been a whisper of a rough guest to what that cost … because it’s such an insane amount, …but I digress… the issue is… diamond tier players she only ever and I emphasize the EVER … have to talk to senior agents… you know I’ve been working here for a year or two or hopefully more than a year…it’s just you’re asking me to learn how to drive a manual transmission car from someone who ain’t even got their license yet… and they let computer Tell them what to answer… that’s the nicest gripe I have… I can go off on some things that you guys really need to change, but I’ll save that for the agents first hand… get your sh** together

What improvements would you like to see on our site? Personally, I feel like top tier players are simply just forgotten about when it comes to bonuses. Top tier players didn’t make it to the highest level without putting in a lot of funds and work and suffering A LOT of losses throughout. I think that if you’re a top tier player and have deposited AT LEAST $50, you should be able to get free spins each week or something. Just would be nice to feel the “we appreciate your loyalty” comments rather than just being told. “Words mean nothing without action behind them.”. Even doing more promotions in general would be nice for everyone. Bring little gifts back.

Also, SOMETHING DEF NEEDS TO CHANGE WITH THIS SCRATCH CARD! I have scratched 1000 miles 20x in a row… we are told it’s random, but everyone knows that no one will hit 1 million miles that many times in a row or 2x in a row at that… maybe actually making it feel like it’s random would be nice.

This is for the CS agents, please stop talking to us like we are incompetent and be able to hold a conversation and talk to us like we are human. There has been a handful of agents that actually listen and understand, the rest just seem like they do not know how to answer questions or handle anything when a problem arises… it’s like there is a script on answering questions when they don’t know how to answer.

I would like to think it would make not only my experience better, but everyone’s.

I like the site itself but the forum could use some more fun and games to keep people interested in the community. Whether it’s a giveaway or something like “get to know the moderators “

This comment is the one that speaks for me. I feel like I’m wasting my time and money on ignition. I play the games and lose so much, when ignition decides to give me back something it may never exceed what I lost, if I cash out and come back later to play, before I can win anything again I will lose just around the amount I won prior first before getting anything again. If I decide to play without cashing out ignition takes every cent back. I feel like I’m going around in circles. As for the scratch card it’s about a year now everytime I scratch I get 1,000 miles and nothing else. I play almost everyday and scratch everyday. This is not random because no way no how one person can be getting 1,000 everytime like this. Ignition you can do better. Please do something about this.

I would love to see players interacting with players more maybe bring live chat to exclusive games or something like that !

I am IgnitionCasinos #1 fan. When I get those semi big wins I get that dopamine rush and I’m hooked. I’ll chase that high till I win again and the cycle begins . I feel Ignitions Security is really good and my account has never been compromised. Customer service has always been straight and clear with the rules and helped me through any issues and concerns. I do feel like the poker tournaments seem to played by bots and not players. No reason why it just feels that way to me. I think if you could offer a more interactive table that would allow a player to enable or disable their cameras and mics to see each other would be a great addition. The daily scratch cards use to be great at first then you changed everything and now it’s pretty depressing getting a dollar after depositing hundreds the days before. I enjoy all the new games that come out and that you have a lot of options. Your casino is Doing great , and I’ll keep coming back. Oh and I’d love to see more competitions on here!

@Akhilla Honestly I feel the main issue with the forum is that there isn’t any mention of it. Every now and then we will see it mentioned on social media but RARELY. I truly feel if you guys let your casino members know about the forum it could really take off!!
