Hi can the customers who were extremely inconvenienced due to the site issues all day yesterday? I know for me, it was extremely unpleasant especially being a paid customer. I’ve always loved ignition but unfortunately my customer satisfaction is down to a very thin wire. Thank you

The other bovada skins all gave out compensation. Bovada.lv wasnt even affected lol.

Why bitcoin deposits taking over 5 hrs to post? Over 30 confirmations just sitting on the blockchain fully confirmed

Chat tells me takes 24 to 48 hrs to deposit crypto. I pay high mining fees never taken more than 15 min once a couple confirmations posted on blockchain?

I did receive a compensation bonus from Slots too. You def had to ask for it.

I then heard Ignition was giving them out as well if you asked. The person I spoke with said their going through all accounts, seeing who gets one or not. Why not issue them to everyone whose been active the last 3-4 days because this whole week the games have been slow, getting errors, can’t get on. $50 comp rewards I hear.

Wtf it took me 9 hours to log in after my deposit on Thursday was accepted and was denied a bonus even after loosing $400 after a few more deposits.

This really rubs me wrong this is the third day of dealing with issues. Thursday poker worked but couldn’t play any casino game. Yesterday casino games were working fine but couldn’t load downloaded poker software or load on mobile . Deposited $400 yesterday and lost and was still denied a bonus . Made my last available deposit early this morning and half of my bankroll is tied up and unavailable because of a payout error $50 payout error while I had a $60 bankroll which didn’t last long . Diamond level player who deposits almost daily and can’t play at all today. Three separate Issues past three days
