Anyone else having trouble connecting to the poker lobby/games

@Ra2377ven Can you clarify what the issue is? We see that you registered for the tournament and that the tournament hasn’t started yet so there hasn’t been any issue with the tournament.

Thank you first off, Matt for your quick response. Now I believe I’m going to have to admit that I experienced a type of time zone discrepancy from the Twilight Zone.
I discovered it was related to internet times syncing, yet through my local network, there was a flip flop in dates and AM or PM times. In summary, I was looking right at the date, time day of week on my laptop, my cell, even asked Alexa. The thing is, all 3 of those sources were going through the same provider maintenance, (or whatever you prefer to call it), which is the only logical explanation as to why I thought the tournament was currently started as opposed to not starting for a few more hours. Apologies, but you see it was not malicious, just so baffling I nearly felt like “snapping!” lol

This screenshot was deleted by myself due to the fact I discovered that the Date, Time and Start of the tournament was not incorrect on the casino’s page. Everything appeared as the wrong time due to network error in my surrounding neighborhood or possibly the town, who knows. Even Alexa was telling me the wrong date and time! lol but she’s ok now. :slight_smile:

I’m currently getting blinded out of 2 sit n go’s because game crashed and won’t let me play now. Have logged out cleared cache and restarted. I can open lobby and table but can’t play the games. Someone help me out here.

The poker client MTT tables just keep freezing up on me over the last month. It’s happening about 3-4 times a week now. Usually there is no error, the table just stops updating. I’ll only get an error if I look at the tourney’s lobby and it won’t load. Rebooting the client fixes it, but then I can see almost everyone else at the table timing out too, so it has to be on your end. Thanks

Already did several times, still happening. Again, it’s not only me it happens too when it occurs. See these screenshots. You can see every other player timing out too at the same time because they didn’t restart the table/client as fast as I did:




Is this still an issue or did it resolve itself?

I’m having a similar issue now playing in the browswer. I was playing on 3 tables, and everyone left one. I went to the lobby to join another table and there was a banner saying I was disconnected, yet my other two tables were playing normally. I tried reloading the window and now the two remaining tables are black screens that won’t load.

It’s still happening even after today’s update. I just had to relaunch 2 of my 3 MTT tables just now and I saw other players at all 3 tables timing out/DCing as well so it’s not an ISP issue on our ends. Thanks

This is happening only when playing in multiple games at once or even just one game?

It can affect only 1 or 2 tables or all, but when it happens, it’s impossible to fix without restarting the entire client. The above screenshots are when my client has been restarted. You can see other players just start DCing like dominos because they have not realized what is going on and restarted their client/web browser yet. That’s what makes me believe it is a server issue on your end.

Would it be possible to get a video of the issue so we can forward it to be checked out as we are not really getting much information from the screenshots.
Also if anyone can capture a screenshot of the console when it happens, that will be helpful too. Just hit f12 and select console.

Happens all the time! I noticed it particularly in the sit & go tables, and even more so on the $100 table sit & go. Everyone is timing out. The higher the sit & go buyin, the worse the connection. When the computer timed-out, I would rush and open the application on my phone, but I can no longer play poker on the phone after the recent app update. For some reason the update now prevents me from opening a poker table in landscape, but you can only play poker when in landscape mode. I just spoke on live chat about a $100 buyin table that i couldn’t open because it kept timing-out and I was told to open the client in another browser…as if I didn’t try such a simple solution before contacting support :confused: It seems the site requires a major upgrade because of the many new users.
