I was told I received a birthday bonus at 7 AM, there was no message accompanying the bonus. I receive cash bonuses periodically for my deposits. How can I tell if it was a Birthday Bonus?

I never received my exclusive birthday bonus like I usually do on my Birthday and I deposit a lot. So I called and they told me it’s at their descretion. Just seems shady especially when you have to be a higher level to even get exclusive birthday bonuses that’s one of the perks to being a higher rewards level I thought? If it’s at their descretion shouldn’t they change that it says FREE exclusive birthday bonus?
