If you are platinum level or above there is a birthday bonus. It is added on by 5pm of your birthday

How are people getting that much for bday bonuses? I got like 75 bucksā¦
I got $250 this year. BUT it was like $500 every year before idk maybe something or the rules change again. But i aināt complaining its all good. Happy mfing Birthday
Shhh i only got $150 5x roll overā¦but with the slot so dead it dont matter what they gave me as I wouldnt have been able to clear a 2.5x rolloverā¦thanks for getting my hopes up by offering a potential gift, because I love wasting my time chasing a fairy tale dreams of clearing anytype of rollover on this siteā¦i could get offered a 0.5x roll over and not come close.
Who else love getting excited months in advance over what I thought was the one time a year that ignition ?

This is exactly how I felt and I got 125 or 100 bucksā¦Thought I was gonna get a little more than that,but it wouldnāt have mattered anyways!!!

No. It was $250 this year. Last few years $500. Guess they are conserving money trying to recover from Crypto crash. But its cool. Grateful for gift.

If you are platinum level or above it will automatically be rewarded to your rewards page prior to the end of the day.

I have been trying to get help from chat all week but still dont see my birthday bonus. I am a diamond level player and loyal to ignition. The service is always friendly and seems to care but I am still not sure when it is going to be fixed. I have asked each day since the 15th. Is this normal? Or can somebody help?

What is the deal with the birthday bonuses? Not only have they change the requirements where it is now a 5x rollover, but now as a diamond tier member it has been cut in half to $250!? I have been a LOYAL ignition member for about a decade and for the past MANY years I have received the $500 bonus in rewards points every year categorically for my birthday. But this year it was $250. Please someone address this and add the second $250 portion to my account. Please. I will be happy to remove this post and any other subsequent ones I may have to post on this topic once it is addressed. Make this right. I have grown to expect a lot, and a little, from Ignition over the changes over the last few years, but please do not make this the reason to completely shift away from the site.

Not exactly sure what is happening around here but has anyone noticed its like pulling teeth to get bonuses theyve always been so kind to give and with sincere appreciation for playing with them when we literally have 100s of other choices. Whats happened? Had to beg for bday bonus and havent gotten it yet still. Smart a-- agents saying you dont get one and intentionally pushing buttons attempting to get a meltdown
