Why does the marketing team have to be discrete about everything? I think every customer on here would rather have a points or rake back system that is transparent and fair to everyone…i feel like all the rewards that have beem constantly removed from everyone is probably going right into a few lucky peoples accounts…thats why no information is shared with the customer base and they have to be discrete…when discretion is the policy it just smells off b.s. and unfairness…I think most people want fairness and transparentcy .

The birthday bonus is only available on platinum accounts or higher unfortunately.
I’ve been on ignition site for a very long time, and I am almost to the diamond level of player status. I am being told in reading on the form here that the bonus for your birthday is decided by the marketing department and the amount that you get they determine somehow. How do they determine it. Last year I got $300 for my birthday bonus. This year which I’ve been playing a lot more I only receive $150 with a five times play through. What’s up with that? Who can I talk to you to figure out how they came up with that number. I’ve spent tens of thousands of dollars on this site. Granted I’ve won a little bit as well, but that’s besides the point. My bday was the 17th I got $125 with a 35x rollover!!! Really I see everyone else had 5x rollover I get 35x thats just not right
