So do we actually get our birthday bonus on our birthday never waited past noon for it in previous years. Diamond member over 8 million ignition miles and feel like i get treated as if I just created my account yesterday.

Same here they keep saying to me wait itâll come throughout the day but if it doesnât come today weâll add it manually tomorrow. So Iâve basically given in to the fact there going to add it manually tomorrow which is BS but it is what it is not gonna let them ruin my day.

Every year theyâve always been added by like noon for me. Itâs weird how Iâve never heard of anyone ever having delays with their bonus until this year.

same, a few times i had to claim it under rewards but the last few it was just added straight to my account, ive been balance watching all day holding off making any deposits waiting lmao, i have a bad feeling now that i havenât gotten it by now

Iâm sure youâll eventually get it but the fact they wait until the last hour of the day or that you have to reach out to support to get something thatâs promised through the rewards program is a little ridiculous to me.
I do like playing here and there are some great things about this site but letâs be honest their actions over the last year have showed player appreciation isnât really a thing anymore.

You nailed that one its crazy how much they have changed in the past two years. I just called support and they said if its not on there at midnight contact support and they will manually add it but your right we shouldnât have to wait until the very last minute to receive it

contacted live support and they told me to wait till end of the day as well lol, that the system in the previous year just automatically sends it out.
