@Kevgreer did they follow up? pretty lousy they make u wait for a response with a ticketā¦ whole purpose of a birthday bonus is getting a gift on that day lol. mines tomorrow hope i dont have the same issue. Happy belated too:)

Itās my birthday today and I have asked about my birthday bonus, and was told I couldnāt get one. So I said I used to be a loyal customer, but they have practically stopped my deposit bonuses and now I canāt even get a birthday bonus or free play? Well ignition has really fallen off. I have spent probably $25000 with them this year and havenāt withdrawn but maybe $1500 so I think they could afford a $50 free play to keep my money with them. But Iāll find another casino THATāS NOT A SISTER to ignition. Iām done with them. If I donāt get $100 free play or $50 free play and some free spins. Iām gone for good.

Now I understand that not getting a Birthday Bonus can be a real mood killer, but please donāt let it upset you on your special day. This bonus is a marketing initiative and they have a policy where they only add it on accounts who are loyalty level 6 (Titanium) or higher (well thatās the procedure for now but itās subject to change.) , so maybe youāll be eligible next year!
