My birthday was July 31, I am titanium level and perks include a birthday bonus the last 2 years prior to this year i received my birthday binus with no issues 2021 it was $100. 2022 it was $150. Well foe some reason this year i did not receive it ive spoken to several agents and been told several things. Theb 1st was said the bonus was not a promised thing. The second said yes its an included perk for my current level and the system would post the bonus by 8/01 and if not contact support to have it manually added the last 2 i spoke to said it would be between 24-48 of my birthday and automatically posted to account by system well its over 48 hours and u have yet to receive it although all representatives said it can only be manually applied after this time frame now i cant reach anyone. I want to know whats the issue.
Iāll escalate this to marketing to check for you.

What time are bonuses usually issued? Iām titanium level and itās 9:40 pm est on my birthday and I have not received my exclusive birthday bonus yet.
