Happy Birthday! However birthday bonuses are only available for level platinum and above.
Just finished up a chat with support, but was unable to discern a time when my birthday bonus for being a Titanium level player is going to reflect in my account. In previous years, it would be in my account when I logged on. Now I am having trouble figuring out when it is going to arrive. Any help would be appreciated.

Birthday bonus should be added before the end of the day.
My birthday was yesterday and i didnt receive my bonus. I emailed them and asked where it was and they have the nerve to respond and say they no longer do that promotion. I am Titanium level and have played 10s of thousands on Ignition. My bonus last year i had to email and ask for and it went from $250 down to $150 and now nothing. It literally still says on their website they offer it. I screenshotted and sent it back as false advertising. they offered me a 50% match bonus in exchange. Its shocking how much they have declined in customer satisfaction. I wont deposit another dollar on this site and i suggest you follow suit as I have seen this go downhill in a hurry over the last 2 or 3 years.

Unfortunately, the Birthday Bonus offered was NOT credited to my acccount by the end of day on Feb 7. I have made 2 attempts in contacting live support and nothing has been resolved as of yet. It is slightly upsetting that an online casino that i have come to trust and enjoy has devolved to such a low. There are other, more trustworthy places with much more transparency where people can spend their money. These other sites offer a greater level attention to their customers, and it bemoans me that should this issue not be resolved in a timely and satisfactory way, I will be giving them my business instead of Ignition.
This will be in addition to exposing the company for misleading people into believing they are getting what is advertised. People have a myriad of choices when it comes to online gambling, and when they see the lack of honesty and dont receive what they are promised, will most likely choose another provider.

I just spent over an hour with the online chat support and nothing was resolved. Nothing was escalated. Nothing happened.
Despite the excellent demeanor of the chat i had, nothing was resolved.
Ok leave this with me, I will escalate it to the marketing team for you now.
It has. I appreciate what you have done, but for future reference, one should not have to expend this much personal effort to retrieve a birthday bonus that is guaranteed. This issue should be brought to marketing and addressed, because it really looks bad that I, or anyone, should have to go through so many steps.
Makes it easier to play somewhere else.
But again, thank you for the work and effort YOU put i to helping me.

Haven’t spoken about this before but last year I hit platinum rewards a day after my birthday. That means I didn’t qualify for the reward last year right?
Hello i still have not received my birthday bonus this year. Is this still a thing or are they just coming later now? From previous yeqrs its always come earlier in the day for me

For the last 3 to 5 years I’ve been receiving $500 for a birthday bonus. So as you can imagine, I was really surprised when I saw my birthday bonus this year was cut in half IM at the top tier with a zillion points Vip five times over And this is the way they want to thank me. Not only disappointed, but extremely pissed off. I’d like to correct myself I only got 14,900,000 points

To receive a Birthday bonus you need to make it up to Platinum (Level 6) and up.
