Hi sir again my bday bonus was inncorrect only 250 suppose to be 500 been 500 for 5 years in row i had to reach to u last year too and u fixed .
Same thing happened to me and last year yall adjusted mine to 500 from 250 every year i get 500 . This year was 250 so im requesting to be fixed again i know the moderators can fix it too . Its not just a promotion team ordeal . Customer service ia awful so i alrwady tried them cuatomer service is bad for 2 years in row now .

I’m afraid amounts are at the discretion of our Promotions team, hence why we are unable to manually adjust them once the respective team had decided to provide certain amount as a gift.

The marketing team add the bonus, it is not something that is set in stone, which is why there is no information on the website. This is subject to change.
I don’t know why they reduce the birthday bonus when they know you have 0% chance of winning anything with it.
You have every chance of winning with it. I’ve seen people cash out thousands from a $50 bonus.
It’s the luck of the draw.
