Hello! Today is my birthday and I was wondering if there is any specific time that birthday bonuses are issued? Thank you. I apologize if this has already been covered in another thread.

Eligible players should be receiving their bonus till the end of day.
I donāt know. I usually donāt say anything, but I didnāt receive a birthday bonus at all. I even got an email about it. I contacted support and was told it was at the discretion of the site. This was back in May. Iāve been with the site for over four years. Iām not Dimond level, Iām Titanium. I would have hoped that I would receive something for the hours and dollars Iāve given to Ignitions.

What deems a player eligible?
You need to be Platinum or higher.
Am i getting a birthday bonus this year ive had to go to live chat the last 2 years then finally the forum where someone added it last year, greatly appreciated, according to live chat this time Iāll find out in 2 hrs fingers crossed
You would need to keep an eye to your rewards page, usually Birthday bonus is added till the end of the day to eligible accounts.
Then why did live chat tell me 24 hrs of, yall need get that straightened out. Get told one thing in chat and told another in the forum get it together already

Birthday bonuses are added to eligible accounts on the day of their birthday.
What did CS advise you exactly?
They said that the birthday bonuses were added normally 24 hours prior to the birthday no worries just wish they were on the same page as yall they had me waiting for it to go through shortly and now it sounds like end of day tomorrow basically 48 hr difference
They should be added by end of day on your birthday. I think what he meant was by the 24th hour, not on it.
No we had a pretty thorough conversation but its cool

Stuck around and finally todayās my birthday. Had a decent week with Ignition Casino for once. Still waiting for the bonus to be applied. Shouldnāt be many with the same date as me here. Letās see if itās worth waiting another year. Happy Birthday to all those born in November.
