You do not receive a birthday bonus until you hit Platinum, but the birthday bonus that was sent to you on the 31st was actually sent in error.

@moderators Hi all, its (was) my birthday! Yay! I was wondering if there are new special steps i need to take to receive the advertised bday bonus? I contacted support like i have in years past. This year i was told, “the bonus will be added automatically. Reach out if you havent received it by end of day.” It wasnt added automatically, so i reached out to support again. This time I was told they couldnt do anything about it, and quit bothering them, (im paraphrasing that is not a direct quote)
Any assistance and or guidance qould be greatly appreciated.

So is the official procedure on one’s birthday:

  • Wait until the end of the day on the actual birthday to see if bonus is auto-added

  • If no bonus is added, then contact support/make post here to determine if it was just missed and it will be added, or alternatively it will confirmed that it was an eligibility issue of some sort?

Hi @Fuggit, the birthday bonus is issued on one’s birthday, once you hit Platinum. However, in a case that it is not credited you can send us a private message for us to further look into this for you.

I’ve been playing here as long as anyone else and have been a diamond VIP , back to diamond, back to diamond VIP and now back to diamond. At one point I had 5,200,000 Ignition Miles before they maxed me out at 2.5M .

I've always tried to be a valued member of the ignition community. 
      On Christmas Eve I received almost 1,500,000 ignition miles also in my rewards inbox with no explanation.
   On January 1st I received 5 Birthday bonuses into my Rewards inbox with no explanation. Together they equalled more then $1,000.00. 
  I think I cashed out like $4k that day and I didn't have anything invested in it , ( 😂 besides about $75,000 in losses for 2025)  
 Well after I played, and cashed out a couple times I went and thanked Ignition in the support chat and also asked what the bonuses were for. I never got an answer I waited about 10 minutes and then close the chat I never received an email or anything.

I was told that we don’t get birthday bonuses anymore. And my birthday just passed and I’m seeing that people are still getting them. Why wasn’t I allowed a birthday bonus?

If your account is eligible, the birthday bonus is usually issued automatically on the day. We don’t have an exact timeframe for when it will be credited.
