I was given the impression you still have a birthday bonus! but told it is “given during the day”. Can you please check?

I only got 20. I’ve played here for over 7 years.
Mine was not automatically added. I had to ask about it the next day.
So I have been on this account for YEARS. Yesterday I got my free play and did not use all of them because the date on the free play said it would expire in 2026. When I talked to the agent today I was told that I free roll expired yesterday. The day that I got them and that she could only give me $10 birthday bonus that she found and that the $250 and $500 free play were just lost. How does the free play expire on the same day you get them. That is not one day
Same here. I didn’t use all of mine. And now there is no record of the ones I didn’t use
The birthday freeplay that was issued yesterday was a system error, which credited players with a random birthday bonus even though it was not their birthday.
This has now been resolved.
Any player who is eligible for the birthday bonus will receive it on their birthday.
Well is ignition giving birthday month or birthday bonuses to platinum players and above anymore I see where people are saying different stuff about it but if anyone has any solid answers let me know please thanks

To sum up my issue. I had birthday free play. They aren’t there anymore. The date did not say they expire the next day. I would like the remainder of the bonuses I did not use. My birthday was 12/31 so I was entitled to them. Am I able to play what I had left? I keep getting conflicting information and I just want to know where is my free play.
You get it on birthday usually but looks as if 2026 they are going to continue to roll and tumble on down this crappy hill that they are currently playing winner winner no chicken dinner for another worthless year with broken ignition 500 last year bday bonus recieved on the day of around 11pm and this year recieved today for a whopping 100…thought miles and levels were for life I have 5mil plus lifetime miles that are about as worthy as gump on that shrimpin boat they bonus has no legs lt dannnnnn can’t even cross a sidewalk nowadays
