Birthday bonus as gold
I am a gold and have never received a bonus n from you guys yet to get birthday bonus gotta be a platinum? Wow? My birthday was the 13th of June and can’t get anything?

Unfortunately only members with Tier levels Platinum and above are eligible for automatic Birthday Bonuses. I will send you a PM with more info shortly.
I have been playing for 2 years and never received a birthday bonus or even a simple Happy Birthday. They said they would give me something for my birthday but as always I never get something nice for my birthday. Maybe this year is different.

Reviewing the info on file, I can see that your birthday is in September. We would need to wait until the day to see if any Bonuses were credited or not.
Although this is being said, Platinum players and above are eligible for birthday Bonuses. The Bonus should automatically be added on your birthday.
Do I get my birthday gift sooner?
The Birthday Bonus is issued on your birthday, therefore, we can’t issue it before.

my birthday was the 24th i didnnt get nothing at all
i never got a birthday bonus at all mine was 24th i asked several times but noone responded
