Unfortunately as your account isn’t yet at Platinum level the Birthday Bonus wouldn’t apply.
I hit Platinum a few weeks after my birthday, I’m assuming its wait 49 weeks?
Unfortunately the automatic review is only activated if you’re at platinum on your actual birthday.
I have a bday coming up on the 25th iv sent in my id to verify because the date was wrong when I signed up, I’m currently a diamond member so I think I’m good. Could you tell me if I need to do anything thing else to be verified? Thanks
