Birthday is coming up in a few weeks and I was wondering about the diamond level bonus. Has anyone gotten there bonus and if so how much was it and the rollover requirements?
I received $500 at diamond level on my birthday this past year, 1x casino playthrough similar to cashback.
Probably the one player friendly bonus I’ve ever received on this site.

No problem. I received it late afternoon on the day of my birthday, if I remember correctly
I got mine, at about 9 AM on my birthday day. I did reach out to Support about this but I was told like you said 24 hours give or take. It was a nice little bonus and I ended up cashing out $600 on it, the playing felt like it played and paid very well. Good luck and happy birthday
I got mine but it was a bonus of 100 bucks, one times Playthrough. I am at the platinum level, Sounds like the diamond level got better bonus than I. 83,000 away from titanium. Maybe I’ll get $50 next year. Good luck on your bonus

Are the birthday bonuses set to a certain amount for the tiers or is it at the discretion of the promo team that reviews the account? If at their discretion then what factors into the amount received?
Yes this would fall into our Marketing teams discretion and they would review accounts individually for what would be offered. They’ll consider things like tier level, amount of play, etc.
