Bitcoin Withdraws

Unfortunately we do not expedite withdrawal reviews, and follow the order in which they were received. I certainly understand any frustration with the delayed timeframe, and sincerely hope the withdrawal team is able to approve it shortly.

Ok that’s understandable… I have seen 5days to 2wks for some people and I’m really hoping that isn’t going to be the case for me. If you could keep an eye on my withdrawal for me that would be greatly appreciated. Even though there’s not much you can do from here I guess. Thanks again

Hello. I’ve never had a bitcoin withdrawal delays. Usually it’s processed within 6-24 hours but now i’m waiting about 30 hours.

@ivantobon, Welcome to the Forum.

As mentioned previously, our approximate timeframe for withdrawals is 24-48 hours, and this can vary due to volume. At the moment we are experiencing higher than normal queues, but your withdrawal is still within our timeframe.

My bitcoin withdraw has been processed yet I still dont have the funds???

@CallMeNemo,

We are currently looking into this, and will PM you with details we find shortly.

Ok thank you. The congestion is not bad on the network so if the funds were truely sent I would have received them already

I am still waiting for mine to clear. It now has been 9 days since my withdrawal request.

All withdrawal requests need to be reviewed. Some may need further review, and as we’ve advised we’ll let you know once there’s an update.

Some players are waiting 9-days for bitcoin withdrawals?

Why are there always delays on Ignition?

Like in any business, hiring more people to work in an overloaded department is the logical thing to do to avoid any delays. It is a win-win, as workers are not over-worked - stressed out, and consumers are happy avoiding the headache of dealing with constant complaints.

Are there still bitcoin withdrawal delays??

At the moment we are experiencing a higher amount of withdrawals than normal, however, this is why we always say that our approval timeframe is approximately 24-48 hours as it can sometimes take longer than this due to volume.

That being said, there are many instances where these withdrawals are also approved quicker than this as well.

Ok…but the quick withdrawals do not seem to happen anymore over the last few months ever. In reality processing a bitcoin withdrawal should not take more than 24 hours.

If the volume is to high, Ignition needs to hire more people to deal with the back-up to avoid these delays as much as possible, correct??

Delays should be the exception, not the norm.

Also, shouldn’t higher level players get faster withdrawal times?

It would be a nice perk to add for the Diamond Level players, and an incentive for players to want to get to that top level. A win-win.

Did you get your withdrawal? It took 9-days??

Can I ask you is this your first withdrawal at Ignition?

No matter if it is your first or 100th this amount of time is unacceptable.

Withdrawal requests are reviewed in the order that they’re received. In most cases, a player’s request will be processed within 24 - 48 hours. However, if further review is needed, it may fall outside of this time-frame, but updates will be provided to the player when they’re available.

Thank you Sam for your response.

Other online casinos have instant bitcoins withdrawals, and it seemed like Ignition was heading in a more speedy direction a few months back but has now regressed.

What I do not seem to comprehend is why a business does not hire more employees to handle overflow?

We’re dedicated in ensuring that players receive withdrawals as quickly as possible, but requests do need to be reviewed before they’re sent out.

Presently, there’s no delay causing withdrawals to fall outside of our review time-frame.

Thank you Sam…and that is good to know as I have a withdrawal request from yesterday that I am looking to receive by latest tomorrow, which is within the timeframe.

Hi requested bitcoin withdrawal on 12/12 and today is 12/14…can you check why it is not processed. Thank you.

Are there delays…again??
