Damned good question.

I’m guessing math is not this lot’s strong suit.

Another question is why you didn’t split.

Algorithm must be off possibly assigned a different value to a card or something.

Surely they’re gonna say it was a display error and tell me to clear my cache

& Well if I would’ve split I wouldn’t have caught this haha

Decisions, not results.

I split 8’s a few hands before this and dealer had a 6 flipped over a 10 and got dealt a 5 to make it 21 so I was against splitting again

I see. An n of 1 determines your play.

Take my advice. Don;t play this game for money until you learn how to play.

Been playing for years don’t need advice but thanks :+1:

You’re welcome.

Amazing you still don’t know how to play at even the most basic level.

Good luck. You’ll need it.

@Boredandtired,

It shows that this was addressed by customer service.

Good.

What’s more amazing is how you think you know my skill level from one hand, I feel like playing poker with you I’d make a killing.

To also complicate the you don’t know how you are playing blackjack, the hands are dealt with an rng, this is not real black jack, but playing like slots (yes, I have tried a few times). Conservative play is best here.

Exactly, every hand is like playing a new deck and that’s even if the rng algorithm actually takes into consideration that it’s double deck blackjack otherwise it basically is a slot machine.

This is pretty uncalled for especially considering splitting a pair of 3’s is inadvisable in a multideck game of blackjack against a dealer’s 3. The proper move is to hit, which is explained in detail in this post here: https://www.casinoguardian.co.uk/blackjack/blackjack-splitting-pair-2s-3s/

Furthermore, Shu you have a really negative attitude, and its fine if you are a know-it-all, but when you are wrong, it just makes you something else altogether.

What are you talking about, he made the conservative play by not splitting his hand. Please read : https://www.casinoguardian.co.uk/blackjack/blackjack-splitting-pair-2s-3s/

You are wrong.

A large part of the reason is the high percentage of cards that will allow you to double down vs the 3.

No, read the post, its not good when there is a limit on splits either

Even if you were correct, this is far from basic strategy we are talking here, and far from a need to be as critical when unprovoked.

I AM correct and IT IS multi-deck basic strategy when doubling is allowed after splitting.

End of the story.

And doubling IS allowed after splitting so that part is irrelevant.
