So we don’t need to take any action in order to be credite when they finally get through all of the transfer s? As of now

Based on the latest update, many players have already had their deposits credited. There are still some cases where deposits are missing or were credited for a lesser amount, and the Payments team is continuing to work through those.

If anything is still missing once they finish reviewing all transfers, they’ll handle it accordingly. We’ll share updates as soon as we have them.

I have not received mine hundred dollar deposit from Wednesday night. This is crazy.

Moderators - I don’t think anyone is asking or expects you to resolve deposit issues. The ask is for you to interface with the team that does and provide basic information about current status and timeline. You continually commit to sharing updates this but haven’t provided any since this began. No one can do anything with “The team is actively working to resolve the issue as quickly as possible”, " it may take some time for all transactions to be processed", “you shouldn’t be waiting much longer”…soon, some time, much longer…relative to what? These phrases carry no actual information and only increase the level of frustration being felt.

The honest answer is that we don’t have a concrete timeline or ETA to share. What we do know is this: some players have already been credited, and there are still others where deposits are either missing or credited for an incorrect amount. The Payments team is fully aware of those cases.

“Soon” or “some time” aren’t helpful when you’re waiting on your money. Until the Payments team finishes reconciling everything, we don’t get more detailed updates to pass along.

All I can genuinely say is that the deposits aren’t being ignored, they will be added once each transaction is reviewed. I know that doesn’t erase the frustration, we’ll share updates the moment we receive them.

I have a question that I hope can be answered…for those still waiting, when you made your deposit did you get the normal confirmation screen with a reference number? Or did you get the error, “Opps, something went wrong. Please refresh and try again”? For mods…is getting confirmation/reference # relevant to the procedures being performed to credit accounts?

The last maybe 20 deposits I made I always got the “error” screen but it went through, I just wouldn’t refresh it

Bottom line is, in my case, I have confirmation that it was sent to the address giving when I launched my bitcoin wallet during the deposit transaction, through ignition. This is the only time that I wasn’t able to go right from my wallet back over to the site and funds would warrant available. Without a doubt in my mind, they will be able to see on their end that this transaction was made because I can see it from my wallet and in the Blockchain and I’m by no means a genius with cryptocurrency. So now it’s going on two days and something and it’s just not right for the amount of money we lose almost on a daily basis. We have to wait days. Do we even gamble our money? I wish I knew what has happened to ignitions I hope it gets better real soon.

Another thing is why hasn’t ignition given out any compensation for this cause other sites gave me free rewards but not ignition

Remember when it was 24-48 hours?

So it’s been 5 F’ing days and i still haven’t received my deposit! Now I can’t reach chat again and ignition is a complete ghost. They say “rest assured” our money is safe but don’t give any information beyond that. Check that. They have told me 24-48 hours for the last 4 days. They are obviously stealing my money and delaying in the hopes I’ll let it go. Does anyone have a reliable online casino reference so I can drop these thieves?
