Did you use ETH? I am not using that one again. The next time I deposit, I will use one of the other cryptocurrencies.

Yeah it was ETH but the thing is Bitcoin network fees have been crazy lately so i started using ETH more.

I am having the same issue. The customer service was one of the worst i dealt with. No idea if this is ever going to be resolved…what a mess!
