Well maverick at least you got an email. I haven’t gotten any written documentation at all. No email saying my case is being worked just verbal assurances from moderators in here and customer service. It’s absurd. Terrible treatment of customers.
If you haven’t already I would email them to get a status update on your issue. It will take them a ridiculous 24-48 hours to respond but Atleast you have something in writing besides chat support.

Nope nothing I am going to call customer service again today. It has now been a week!!! Ignition is losing me as a customer if this is not resolved asap! That is ridiculous! There is no excuse. The moderator said they are likely waiting on the payment processor. That’s not a good answer. If someone can see it’s a valid transaction just credit my account period. You should not make players keep waiting on a processor and I should not have to keep reaching out!
I am diamond tier here and have been a customer for seven years I have never seen such terrible customer service and inaction from a company before.
Nope and no communication. I can understand issues occurring, but the no communication part is what gets me. I am certain if someone adds money with a credit card, loses all their money playing, then reverses that credit card charge with their bank, Ignition customer service would email and call that person every day asking about their money. The roles are reversed and it’s the customer that doesn’t’ have their money and we are calling and emailing and are treated in a way Ignition would not want to be treated when Ignition is missing money. That’s the part I am stuck on. We just want to be updated in detail (no vague I think it’s…) every day about what’s the delay with our money and how Ignition is following up with it. The same as if the roles were reversed and it was Ignition not getting their due money from us. I think we are all diamond tier, so if that really means anything to Ignition, it’s even worse to be treated like this.

I am now at 7 days. I just spoke to a chat rep because it’s a week anniversary of not receiving my deposit today. The chat rep today said my issue was escalated to financial on December 21 (two days ago), but the forum moderator said it was escalated to financial on December 16 (seven days ago). which is it? This is insane.
It appears as though there are duplicate escalations for the deposit. One was escalated on December 16th as advised and another was created in error on December 21st. There should really only be one escalation for the deposit. When contacting CS, please ensure that you only make reference to the earlier escalation.
Thanks for your patience so far though. I can assure you this matter will be resolved.

Welp. 9 days still missing my money. Had a few more emails saying they are working on crediting me. This has been absolutely ridiculous!! Hope the rest of you had better luck…

Thank you Talia, I actually just checked my account and the money is finally in there. Don’t see any bonus for the wait but atleast I have what I deposited. Appreciate everyone in the discussion. Hope nobody else has to wait 10 days like that.

Wow 11 days?!? Well shame on me for actually depositing again. I got the last one after a week and now it has happened again this morning after multiple successful deposits. If it takes a week again I’m done ignition. Something like this should be resolved within 24 hours at most.
