Disconnected During Tournament

Did you guys try going incognito??? Using the app instead of the browser…resetting your device or wifi??? Of course clearing your browsing history??? If you haven’t done these wonderful MANDATORY steps then I’m sorry …I don’t know what to tell you…because there doesn’t seem to be any connection issues on their end…EVER

Kareem, first I’ve had multiple issues with sitting and goes the past few weeks in the tournament tonight, which I was at top of leader board when it froze and couldn’t get back in tournament.

Mainly after all years I’ve played, only received half of what I normally receive for birthday gift.
Would be reassuring if I could be compensated for these two issues especially the birthday because I look forward to that every year and only receive 50 percent of what normally receive, just isn’t right. So if you could help with this, would be awesome. Thanks

So what’s going to happen with the tournaments players were in for real money not FREEROLL. This table. We are all guaranteed prizes of $65 up to $337.

Um, not with the tourney I’m in it hasn’t. We’re all still stuck the way we were 5 hours ago.

just got yoinked to poker lobby. tried several times to rejoin tournament and got “table doesnt exist” msgs. eventually the “take a seat” flag in ‘my tournaments’ disappeared too. got screenshots of all this if it makes any difference.

there’s just no denying that the quality of service has seriously deteriorated lately.

The freeroll still stuck as it was at 9:00 nothing changed

Honestly, worthless customer service A.I. Bots. There is better software out there and if its just regular people working regular jobs then Ignition can afford to hire atleast 2 reputable customer service agents. I know because i ran my own business for 12 years and the going salary for a “GOOD” customer service rep is about $60,000. I deposit that much in 6 months so multiply it by 2 and you can have 24 hour good customer service who wont lie to clients and players. Ive always spoke good about Ignition and have many forum members to vouch for that. But the tolerance we have DOES have a limit. Compensate those effected and apologize for the misguided attempts of trying to cover it up. Ignition has been better then this kind of low standard in the past. What are players like me supposed to take from this experience? Please explain

I had the same problem no matter what browser wifi and all the tricks to restart it froze on the last hand while saying I was connected to the server.

They locked my post about cash games doing this and said it was resolved on their end, and that I need to troubleshoot my devices.

You said this and locked the thread on my post regarding the disconnection issue for cash games. I have tried on two different devices and two different WI-FIs since that - the issue has not been resolved.

Hi, the problems with disconnections have not been fixed at all and have only gotten worse. Currently many tables are frozen.

The problems have been widespread and ongoing for months, clearly not the result of client side internet/computer issues. Please update on when we can expect this to be resolved.
