Fairness and stability

We have been on this site for so many years that we feel as though it’s ours…it’s not, and ignition has told us that in so many words. This is why when things changed many of us felt so betrayed. I have read several reasons for the changes by folks on this blog. One is that Bitcoin took a nosedive, maybe but not sure. The other is the hacker problems that were experienced a few months ago. They probably lost revenue but, again, who knows. The site doesn’t share their reasons with the players although I think we deserve a explanation. It will probably remain a mystery so players must decide what to do with their deposits. No big decision over here.

Where i feel things have gotten worse is on blackjack. you start to get a nice little groove going and then…oops, something has gone wrong. please refresh your page. or whatever that message is. Then, when you start back playing, its not the same. that and the blatant cheating of hnd after hand giving you perfect split and double down hands, only to see the dealer draw to 21. its getting so old and its just disgusting.

Ok so I’m not the only one that’s just cursed. Its got so bad playing here lately. BJ is a joke. It’s a setup. Never seen so many sick hands. Idk why I continue to deposit. The Degen in me obviously but I think I’ve reached my limit. They don’t even try to make it fun anymore. I deposit 2-300 everyday and bet min bets like .40-$1 and it’s gone within an hour. I’ve had one profitable day in the casino in the last 4-5 months. Clearly I know all about running cold and having bad days but to lose everyday for months is a little questionable

And don’t even get me started on the “new and improved” rewards program. What a joke. Gambled about $1000 worth of spins the other day on slots and accumulated $3.16 worth of points :joy:

Well, I wrote to the company that owns these slots. I will continue to complain since there is no response directly from the site. I am very disappointed.

Agree :+1:

Stop thinking that any other company controls these machines. It is impossible odds to play without a bonus and maybe run your money up once or twice to a thousand “depending on how much one wagers” ever yet play with a bonus and it gives you all the love you want. Break through a thousand often and even two thousand if your rollover is 35x and sits at $3500. until you start flirting with that rollover and then the bottom falls out suddenly. Everybody on this thread will contest to this so no it’s not bad luck it’s called manipulation at its finest. That alone shows you that they can and do individually control these games depending on the situation at hand. Don’t even start with the rtp crap. If you read it clearly states that it is theoretical meaning it’s a number that has never been tested and instead it’s assumed. Therefore leaving them no liability at all. You notice Vegas has true rtp’s. There is not theoretical bs and they are not dependent upon the 35x rollover bonuses to have such hight numbers. The true rtp without using a bonus is going to be around 50 and below. Its sad that we can’t just find a damn casino that will play fair. Every single one of us understand that you will never win in gambling. We do this for the thrill and excitement and hopefully one day there will be a casino that opens up that isn’t solely focused on greed and the absolute max profit. I mean damn if your gonna plaster 96% rtp then that means you make 4% and that’s it. But no you guys want 100%. Disgusting manipulative bs is what it is.

Please note that all return to player is theoretical. This is essentially what ‘should’ happen if the game plays consistently, which it won’t because it’s random unless over an extremely large sample size. It’s like saying in a perfect world this will happen. Ultimately it can sway both ways. Jackpots are possible to be hit consecutively and back to back. If this happens the RTP of the game can actually be higher than 100%. It can also swing the other way and pay out less than 96% if a jackpot isn’t hit for a long time for instance.

If a game is truly random the RTP should be theoretical, if it’s not then there’s an issue. What you’ve stated above about Vegas Casinos is a scary thought if true.

The only slots that use true RNG are old mechanical slots because they use the physical mechanics to to generate truly random results

Digital slots whether in person on online all use psuedoRNG’s which use a seed to determine the results so they can be measured and made to happen again eventually hence the rtp

Ive been here a year. Ive been told 1000s times. Check Forums for special competitions or was told cjeck your emails for special promotions free play etc and never once in a year have i ever received a email from Ignitions except how do you rate our CS call or Chat Never have i ever seen a competition game or challenge in Forums i check everyday. But thats what im told basically everytime i ask about a bonus. Can someone explain if there is a certain way to check for freebies or loss bonuses. These other sites hand out some radical bonuses free spins. Via email or through chats. What happened to Ignitions Casino. Feel like they could care less about thier players.

This reply is intended for Foster however it’s not allowing me to directly respond to his reply for some reason. With that said I am shocked that you truly replied as if to compare Vegas casino slot rtp’s and ignition casino slot rtp’s as being of close nature. I have read many of your replies over the years and I feel like you are an intelligent man so I am going to assume that you wrote the reply and by doing so you are just doing your job because there is no possible way you believe that there is any similarity In how Vegas casinos actually return to player In comparison to ignition. Vegas doesn’t have ways for you to deposit $300 and you lose $300 In 20 minutes yet the machines rtp for that session was a return to player of 90% which is exactly what ignition does. In a Vegas casino if you deposit $300 and go to $0 they are going to calculate that as the game paying 0% return to player. I don’t care if it’s a brand new electronic machine or a 100 year old machine they will not be manipulative and advertise an rtp for a specific game and knowingly be 50 to 80 percent incorrect In displaying such info. You guys are basing your rtp’s with 35x rollover deposit bonuses to your calculation and In fact they are heavily weighed into the rtp calculation yet nowhere does it state that on the games that you offer. I would love for you to prove to me that this is not what you guys are doing and that you are not misleading your customers with false information knowingly. So I hereby challenge you to take my last 100 individual game rtps’s and let’s just see how many games of the 100 games or you can do 500 games I don’t care as I give you full permission. Let’s see what those 500 games average and let’s see just how many actually pay at or above the listed rtp for that game. If you do not have time to do then send me the list which I believe I have anyway but you can send me a new list so that the days you have for me will be in the same order. You will however see that over 85 percent or more of the games played will fall below the target rtp and not only fall below but they will fall on average 40% or more below the games listed rtp. I do not use bonuses so this will clearly show all the players what a game actually returns to players when there is no rollover to protect the casino. In theory their should be almost as many games end above the listed rtp as there are below the listed rtp yet again you will see out of 500 games you will likely only find maybe 30 games ending above this rtp when a bonus was not applied as opposed to a more realistic number such as 150-275 if the rtp were true and not weighted heavily on bonus funds You should have no problem accepting this challenge seeing that you felt my prior post was inaccurate

I am sorry but the majority of this is simply incorrect.

  1. You can definitely have poor sessions with a real land based slot machine. I have encountered this personally at casino’s and it is simply again based on luck. Losing $300 in 20 minutes is definitely a possibility for a 90% RTP machine at a Vegas casino.

  2. Rollover on a deposit does not have any relation to RTP. The RTP is based on what percentage of funds are returned to the player in the long term. Note as well that most of our deposit bonuses are only used after your cash funds are exhausted and always forfeitable. In other words for the most part they are just funds that you can use once your cash funds are dried up. They don’t tie you to having to rollover your cash funds because if you never dip into them you can simply forfeit the bonus to make your cash funds withdrawable. In other words this doesn’t affect RTP in any sense except for the fact that our bonus funds give you a chance to recoup your cash funds if you’ve lost them which actually helps a players chance of withdrawing funds.

  3. This has been explained to you before on multiple occasions as again a players specific RTP will never be true to the advertised RTP. You will not necessarily get 96% return just because it states 96%. This counts items like jackpot winners who end up with RTP’s of 20000% after winning them. The average RTP will be 96% return to the player. This does not mean though that if you play even a thousand spins that you will receive 96% back. Your return without winning a large jackpot or getting lucky will generally be lower than this. Most players will have lower than advertised RTP’s, while a few will have RTP’s far in excess of 96%. It will in a long enough timeframe average out to 96% among all players, but not each player.

500 spins isn’t anywhere near the amount you’d need to accurately measure a games rtp plus it’s not calculated per player

I know you were speaking to Foster but just thought I’d chime in… again haha

Check out the link I mentioned in my other comment @Gnsswf it helps break down how RNG’s work and it helps understand the rtp’s

Truth!

Truth

Well, I play if I feel lucky!

I actually had a dream last night that this site offered everyone a cash bonus for their loyalty to the site. Whew!!! Woke up in a sweat!!!

While Foster keeps trying to justify the issues with many of the games I have to say that my biggest complaint is the lack of loyalty to the players. I know that ignition feels that they are justified with their business practices but the players feel betrayed. The games are harder to play and bonuses are far and in between. Members who have been playing years on these sites know this. Attitudes changed after Bitcoin crashed. Loyalty bonuses became a thing of the past and it became a foolish request to ask for a free bonus. The games have been adjusted for the players to loose and to loose big. Some games work but don’t even consider a big win. It’s discouraging!
