No sir. I never opted out of the program. About 1 year or more. I was told it was no longer being issued. And i was switched over to whatever new crypto program that was being offered. It still makes no sense how some still receive it and some were kicked out of the program. As well as why i don’t receive the random gifts anymore. All of the perks are gone. I am being told by reading different forums that if you’ve won big, this is what they do. I won big about 2 years ago but ive definitely deposited that back.

There used to be a cashback program, but that was stopped.
Cashback then moved over to the crypto exclusive program, but it was not available on all accounts.

ACTIVITY??? I freaking play every day… have dropped thousands in here and no winnings… the highest I have gotten my total bank to was about $1200… that’s after an over $700 deposit, and I spent over $3000… wheels and reels is total BS… I play the shit out of that and hardly any bonus wheel, no free spins… and when it does hit those, it pays shit money… This is no doubt the last week I am playing this. I think its safe to say all of the reasons for wanting to play at IGC have all been stripped away, all in an effort to “make the games and bonuses more enjoyable”, says the rediculous marketing emials explaining why we arent receiving our promos and kickbacks any longer.
Ive been with IGC for years, and relied on them to provide a fun way to lose my money. Now its just losing my money. No fun. No benefit. No customer appreciation. Nothing.
The moderators can say all they want about fairness and good bonuses, but those of us that have played here for years know that since the hack, the game has changed. Long gone are the days of depositing $100 and playing for an hour or two. Now that money is gone in minutes. The game has changed. Its clear to everyone that has played here for a while.
The fact that they cant even give out $20 of FP for people to lose just as quickly as their deposits tells you everything you need to know about their financial situation. The sad thing is, there are enough degenerates to keep this site afloat. Dont be one of them.

Nicely said!!! I have noticed that $200 is gone in 5mins. They don’t even let you win a little bit to get your hopes up. They just take it ALL right away. I deposited about $4500 last few days. I ask for a cash bonus and they deny me. Lol. It’s so crazy it’s becoming comical to me. I have been lookin for a site that rewards players and notices loyalty! yep, we all know ignitions changed last few months. pretty coincidental it tightens up as soon as crypto crashes. We all got the email that rewards miles earned are being slashed in half " to even out promotions" yet everything else is being slashed too. rewards points drops are a fraction of what they used to be and not near as common. non deposit bonuses aren’t given out back to losing players near as much as before. people are getting cut from rewards left and right. Thats without even speaking of the massive change in RTP near everyone on this forum has noticed. this is my last day here as well. well maybe ill come back when the crypto market pumps back up…ive got a feeling theyll start paying out more again. easy to pay out $10,000 worth of BTC when you tightened everything up and only paid $5000 for the same amount of BTC

What is funny is that I see a zero where it says another big win. That was always so much larger. I have played the same slot game for the last year and lost more money than o want to add up. It was fun and o always thought it was fair for a on line casino. No gaming commission is regulating this site and they are free to do what they want. I notice it about six months ago that the wins were not coming in the same way as before that first big update. I would still see a decent when but now maybe once a month. After this last update I believe my end has come on this site. The greed is so out of control at this point and I believe ignition casino is gonna milk us all for everything they can get away with. It started when they bumped the bonus and match to 35 time roll over from 20. 20 was hard enough but obtainable every so often. Now it’s 35 and you hope for jackpot and hope the money doesn’t run out before you get to the 35. This guy was so excited they emailed me they gave me a 400 dollar cash bonus just because I was a good customer. Well thanks for that guys big help on me being down 30k or so in a year. So I have to basically win in wager 14000 dollars to see anything from them. It’s sad that they pay someone to respond to all of these and say everything is the same. Okay thanks man who is employed by the casino. Why not be honest and say we lowered the odds on some games to promote new games that have better odds. I haven’t withdrawn in months and down over 2000 yet I’m not eligible for anything yet I have to get assistance getting my money when the site just won’t load after joining a jackpot sign go about 20 times now and I have followed all advice on proper browser or clearing cache no it’s just some other error and that’s more than frustrating to begin with then on top of that hassle I and probably many others have to go through I’m forced to take jackpot sitngo tickets as replacement for my actual cash instead of being returned my money to avoid being forced to risk the same thing happening and guess what happens the same thing over and over until I’m so frustrated with the process that it’s not worth it to argue with support about the issue. Which first and foremost I shouldn’t have to do more than request what was mine to be refunded properly at all. Yet I can’t receive any rewards drop or any incentive for remaining a steady player at all no I get told to refer refer refer maybe it would be a reasonable request if players had consistent loyalty rewards and support during issues to back up the sites reputation. I’m not saying there’s been no support or consideration there have been and everyone is more than respectful aside from a couple occasions but not always and many times such as disconnection issues and the losses occured due to them the issue wasn’t properly handled nor was the aggravation or the time wasted respected and attended to.

I had some cash which I won on another site. I wanted to play on this site but I had second thoughts. Until ignition reforms its policy things will continue this way. The rewards program needs to be reinstated. That’s the only way depositors will regain confidence with this site.
