Ignition is not regulated and RNG is not certified

@Rachaelmckinney is there something you need help with? Feel free to message a moderator if so.

A gaming commission is not the same thing as having your RNG independently certified. It’s absolutely insane that any online casino operates without doing at least the minimum of industry standards and continue to claim they operate a legit operation.

Get your RNG certified for Pete’s sake.

Wow just when I thought it couldn’t possibly get any worse it did. I deposited a little earlier and accidentally clicked on a slot I had never played before. It’s a new slot but I can’t recall the name at this time but I will update it in a bit. Anyways I spun a total of 101 spins and I only won more than my wager “$1 for most spins and some $0.50” four times total. The four wins that were higher than my wager were $1 wagers and I won $2.20 $2.00 $2.00 and $1.20. That means I had 97 either total loss spins or wins that paid less than my wager resulting in a loss on the spin. 4 winning spins out of a total of 101 spins is insane. I don’t care what casino you walk into or where it is located you will not find a machine that only pays you 4 times out of 101 spins. And this machine was a standard machine not one like fafa when it pays 8 times your wager minimum if you win anything at all. I can understand that machine having a higher loss/win ratio but not one that pays you $0.20 minimum betting $1 a spin. Customer service just told me that after looking at my account they see nothing wrong with the game and that it was playing fair. If that’s fair I would hate to see what the hell is unfair

Mods I would love your opinion on the subject

My personal opinion is the same as it’s always been. “You didn’t get lucky”

In order for slots to pay out big wins, as they do, other players have to lose.
The slot will always have a house edge. The payouts are at random, so it’s probable you can spin for a long time and win nothing, but it is also probably that you can win several times back to back.
The RTP works over a huge amount of spins, just because you wager $50 and don’t win anything this doesn’t mean to say there is anything wrong.
It’s pretty standard for players to complain about how rigged games are, then the certification isn’t right, the rng is fixed, the RTP isn’t correct etc etc.
These are players that are losing.
If you check out the winners section, you will not see one complaint.
If you speak to somebody that just won $50k from a $5 wager, he will not be complaining either.

I apologize if this sounds harsh, but this is the reality of the situation. Winners smile, losers don’t. This is the nature of gambling I’m afraid.

Davy your reply made little to no sense. I am talking about a game paying off 4 spins out if 100 plus and you are talking about somebody winning 50k. betting $5. Those are on two totally different ends of the spectrum. If your saying it’s reasonable for a machine to only pay 4 times for every 100 spins in order to pay these 50k wins your sadly mistaken or confused about the amount of traffic that ignition casino has on a daily basis. The Indian casino just miles from my house pays one of those jackpots nightly and they get a fraction of the traffic you guys get and there has not been one time nor will there ever be a time that I play one of their machines and spin 100 times and only see a total of 4 winning spins. That is absolutely unheard of and for you to try and justify it is absurd. To counter your next argument in regards to losers being mad and winners being happy that in itself is not always true. As a matter of fact I was coming on here to post a message just to you mods saying thanks for bonus cash today and even though I LOST it all I still had more fun than I have probably ever had playing with you guys because of the amount of time I was able to play. There were actually machines not just taking you to the cleaners today and actually it was like that with every machine i played. I already sent the mods over at bovada a message saying the same thing stating I appreciated the bonus cash and how the machines were actually fun today even though I lost it all. When I gamble I expect to lose. I have gambled for over 25 years and have never won in a single year that I recall. I even claimed 65k in winnings one year on my taxes but I didn’t win overall that year so no I’m not angry because I lose, I’m angry if it gets taken from me in a bs manner that is all. I lost today and I have no issues at all. If you were to see my message to the mods over at bovada you will also see that I took up for the both of you during these last two days trying to let them know that you guys were not hacked and that this was clearly a scheduled update that went bad as they both posted the update 24hrs before rhe incident occurred. I also made a post on social media calling out all the idiots that were claiming they would have won these unbelievable parleys had you not been offline and how they expected to be paid. I’m not so sure I would have done such had I seen your message prior. My suggestion is to be honest as there is no way you truly feel that a game paying out 4 times out of 100 spins is perfectly acceptable. If you do then you clearly havent played slots in your life but either way it doesn’t matter at this point.

On review of this unfortunately I would have to simply reiterate that what @Davy here is accurate and this does seem to simply follow normal RNG, albeit bad luck.

I would assume you are speaking on Caishen’s Fortune as this is the only session I see near to your response 3 days ago. While you are accurate that there were only 4 wins over $1.00 during this session, not all your spins were wagered at a $1. Also, there were also multiple small wins on this game throughout that didn’t add up to $1.00, but we’re still small wins during the session.

I would encourage you to take a look at our Volatility page as I believe Caishen’s Fortune is a low volatility slot, hence the small payouts on some spins.

I just wanted to correct a few things In your statement as to not mislead anyone even though I know it was clearly not your intent. You stated 4 wins in $1.00 rather it was 4 wins over 100 spins. Also yes you are correct that there were small wins during this session however I’m certain you will agree that the spins you are referring to are smaller loss spins rather smaller win spins seeing that if it doesn’t pay the amount you wagered on that spin it is most definitely a loss whether it be by entirety or partial. So just to sum up this discussion or at least my concern. It appears we all agree that this is abnormal and that it can only happen to the worlds unluckiest man alive and if it were to happen again the odds would be near the same as getting struck by lightning and to reward me for my terrible luck you will offer me $100 now and $5000 if it were to happen again In the future. Man you guys are great and clearly the most understanding and generous casino of all? LOL feel free to add a 1x rollover for your generosity

This isn’t correct as I stated

The session in question was 100 spins but you had already previously noted this.

Unfortunately this isn’t something we can compensate you for.

Ok ok Foster Wink wink!! I forgot that these are public post silly me. I will be quiet and not tell anybody about the massive compensation you plan to give me ok. Oops I did it again. Just put it anywhere in my account will be fine. Thanks Foster the Great

I’ve had enough of these guys manipulating people with the false narrative of we give more bonuses than brick and mortar casinos and the we return to the player 96%. Yeah no ya don’t!. First of all the typical 30x rollover includes the cash you deposited not just the bonus money so if you deposit $100 sure they will match you the $100 which then gives you $200 but you then have to spend 200x30=$6000 in order to release the bonus funds which so long as the casino doesn’t dip down and take all your cash money before rising up with the bonus funds who cares but that’s typically what you will experience. As far as the rtp is concerned the only way you will ever average in the 90’s is by using the deposit bonuses next to impossible to clear deposit bonuses. . They will run you up high and bring you back down before meeting rollover requirements which help to get the rtp they advertise. Not using the deposit bonuses will get you rtps’s averaging in the 60’s most likely as I will show you my last 31 sessions. Tonight I am going to sign up for a regulated, certified casino and l will post my first 31 sessions with a regulated casino and compare the two and see if being certified and regulated keeps a casino from the disgusting ways that bovada and ignition both pay out there players. You tell me if this looks like a casino that returns 96% to their players. Not even close and there is no repercussions by not doing so.

Rtp of the Last 31 games played consecutive order with the most recent “today” being first.

64, 25, 35, 37, 36, 6, 43, 65, 82, 268, 67, 87, 93, 14, 34, 38, 61, 55, 34, 78, 80, 91, 47, 86, 74, 101, 40, 38, 6, 73, 62,

My guess is you busted out your account just like everybody else does on this site.
Sorry to hear of it. This casino over the long haul is completely unwinnable.

I’ve only cashed out 2 or 3 times and less than $100 each time. Deposited over 15k last year and this is the way they show their appreciation lol. Give you 1 or 2 wins every 20 or so spins that are about 2 or 3 times the wager. Pathetic

Wow it just keeps getting better around this place. Just spun 29 times $1 each spin and not even a penny win. Rtp 0%. But yeah they return to players 96% on average.
