My bonus and my funds are locked. How do I unlock them.

Locked funds and bonus funds will be withdrawable once youāve met the remaining rollover attached to the bonus you claimed at the time of your deposit. When on your rewards page you can see the rollover tracker which will indicate how much you still need to wager before the bonus funds are released.

But I donāt want to withdraw it I just want to play with it. And the funds I have on my account which I deposited are somehow attached to the locked bonus. how is that
When claiming a deposit bonus; your deposited funds become āLocked Fundsā and the bonus funds are issued to your Bonus Balance. When playing, your balances will be used automatically and Locked funds can be used in any channel.
Once the rollover is met, the bonus funds and locked funds associated to the bonus will be released to your Withdrawable balance.
This is stupid so I was only able to play with 6 of the $13 I deposited
I am new to this site, have been playing for roughly 7-10 days. I have doubled my $500 deposit and have released roughly $125 of my $500 bonus. Yet all but $22 of my funds are locked. My balance is roughly $1280. Why can I not withdraw my initial deposit? How long does it take to unlock funds? Is it how long you play at the table? Is it dollar amounts wagered at the table? I have been playing cash games, 1/3 blinds and start with $200 each time. Thanks for your help.

The bonus is released at $5 intervals every 150 Ignition Miles and works as per the rules defined here.
I have deposited over 1k and have a balance of over 1k, does anyone know why I only have 271 to withdraw
@Mikerace. What is your bonus balance and locked funds balanceā¦all of that total should add up to your balance. You can see from your dashboard how much you have left to go in order to release the funds as well.

Okā¦From the home screen, go to the top right hand corner and clickā¦Like you were gonna depositā¦instead of depositing school down and click on ārewardsā. This will show you bonusās they have offered you and bonusās you have claimed that you are working on playing through and what percentage is left.

Welcome to the forum @1234_123. If you have a deposit bonus attached to your funds then you either need to complete that rollover or forfeit the bonus and its bonus amount.

I was betting in some different games.
I noticed there was Locked Funds (the bitcoin funds I added) and Bonus Funds (that came with promotion).
It was lets say $400 Bonus $200 Locked
I saw in roulette only the bonus $400 could be used, so I thought I would use it for fun.
Well once I ran out, I noticed I had no funds at all.
I am trying to understand how the funds are split between Poker and other games.
Also trying to understand how the other funds are gone, maybe I used them in Roulette and other games, but I always was watching the funds available and I knew if it wasnāt the $200 it was the bonus funds.
Maybe I misread somewhere but I was thinking it was 2 seperate counters.
@sp0rkeh, Weāve moved your post here as it mostly relates to this topic. Another important note, is that all funds on the account work in order.
All Cash bonus funds will be used first when playing any games that are available for that bonus. Second, any withdrawable funds will be used next, and then will begin to use Locked funds if those are exhauste. (Locked and withdrawable funds can be used in any avenue). Finally, any deposit bonus funds you have added to the account will be used last assuming they can be used for that game.
Hence, even if you for instance have a Casino Welcome bonus, and decide to play in the Casino, your withdrawable or locked funds will be used first.
As for the account balance you had, weāll PM you shortly regarding this.
