Ive been a member for a long time and am at the highest level. Today I dropped over $3000.00 with no luck. So I ask for a cash bonus and they say no. I say ok, then I ask for a crypto deposit bonus and they say no. What does that say about IG and its appreciation for loyal memebers? Smh

They don’t value their long term customers who consistently play. They don’t care how much you deposit and lose. It was not like this 2 years ago but now they show no appreciation and to me it’s very hard to win anything…especially if you bet high.

They sent me a notification no more gifts when i deposited over 4k and I didnt deposit for a week and they sent me little gift. I just gave up and signedup at americas card room. Im just done with ignition. They took away like $ 900 worth of little gift and say no more… than i receive 10k worth $10 bucks little gift. What a joke.

Yea, I used to get around 300k points. It was pretty consistent with the deposits than all of a sudden, as soon as the deposit went through I got a message saying no more little gifts. The sad thing was the fact it was my birthday. lmao, just bad timing. So missing out on 300k points is around $300 bucks in rewards. Deposit it for two weeks more, and I just decided to leave
So basically, they can do whatever they want with any promotional-related funds, their customer service sent me their terms and conditions. It pretty much says they can change the terms and not pay you and it is based on their discretion. So pretty much, you could win something and not get paid based on their discretion, if it has any relation to a promo.
There I clear that up for you.

That would not be accurate. Rewards programs can always change at our discretion however we have never not paid someone out at our discretion.
Sure, exactly that. I’m sorry, let me rephrase it. Ignition can choose to screw customers over on the rewards or any promotion-related funds for no apparent reason based on their discretion. Why shut it off when you are going to turn it back on in 3 weeks anyway. Like I was saying, why take away something customer was getting and then turn it back on with 9000% fewer points?
You know, I’m over it and moved on… I am just sharing my experience with a fellow player. It’s never ending with you guys.

Before the recent changes you were able to receive non deposit bonus. The amounts given were small fractions of what was deposited. If Ignition want to keep customers especially high level Diamond Level players such as myself they gotta do a lot better. Have over 5150000 Lifetime miles

It could have been the cashback program they ended back in august 2021 (I could be wrong), I saw something somewhere on the internet. For me, I always thought the little gifts were cashback program since i joined after the actual cashback program ended.
Eitherway, they dont have any cashback programs anymore. Which is not an issue, it’s just the way ignition implemented the change. They could have ended it favoring the customer but they chose to screw their customer. Again, it’s based on their discretion.
My issue with Ignition is the fact, if you are going to end something, at minimal give back what customer has earned. They did not do that, they chose to end it with a balance since they did not want to payout the reward. This is the part in their terms and condition. It’s completely up to them. You see, they chose to screw the customer, when they could have done it in good faith to give the customers what they’ve already earned.
I realize, it put me on a bad mood and started to play badly so I just left. Maybe they are doing it to get you out of focus who knows.

I totally agree with you. They change the policy all the time but the point is they didnt speak up, they didnt let us know they just change that whenever they want.

Ignition is totally failing to keep players. I myself cough up money every week and very very close to diamond level. This site is completely going shit. Alot has changed and we all see it. The other day i spun 367 times at $4 a spin and didnt even get one damn BONUS. Like wtf is going on here?? No more rewards, the so called depost bonuses are the thing now according to customer service. Ill never use those bonuses. Its a god damn trap filling up them miles just to cash out. Now that we can simply buy a vpn and play on stake is way better and have bonus buy features which is great. Ignition hasnt even tried to do that feature. Even without vpn theres pulsz.com and the always have great promotions and give a daily login bonus even if its small. Atleast they show loyalty. My friends, family and including I basically have given up on ignition and they spend alotnof money here on slots. Its just not the same anymore.

This website totally sucks now. 3 years playing here and its definitely gone downhill. No compensation for losses, no bonuses hardly when you play and customer service is no help but reads a damn scripted response and will ask dumb questions about what are my plans for the weekend!! WTF…Diamond tier and no invite to be hosted. No incentives to play here. No little gifts anymore…so can someone please tell me where are the perks to keep playing on ignitioncasino because i don’t see any!!

Agreed. I think I’m done. I mean I’ll wait for my birthday bonus in a couple weeks. But , the tables turning cold so to speak was not temporary. It’s just lose, lose, lose. I work too hard for my money. This site was fun a couple of years ago - but now, it’s a trend. Nothing. NOTHING! I’m ready to go back to brick and mortar casinos, aka Vegas or an Indian casino. At least I can be around people and have some drinks whilst losing. Very disappointed in myself to keep dumping money into this site that has no upside. I recommend 888 casino for those that live in New Jersey. Great site that I always seem to win on. Rant over.

I feel your pain. No Freeplay or loyalty$ I get $360 a week at MGM NH… I don’t spend near as much there as here and they have way more overhead at a casino. WTF Ignition… Why not throw FREEPLAY to loyal customers?! These casino games are inconsistent as hell… I won over 10k after dropping several thousand. Now I have put back over $5k and go through $500 each time in literally minutes. I sat in a CVS parking lot yesterday and lost $400 in less than 10 min with $5 bets on Wheel of winners XL… Total BS… game will hit at some point, you just better hope it’s before you run out of money. I know it’s a casino and you can’t always win, but there should be consistency where you can at least play for a while. Could at least throw loyalty $ to big spenders

They do what they want and when they want to. When i joined i was receiving cashback as part of my crypto program. Then i received a email saying they were no longer doing the cashback program. But they lied. It was still being issued to certain players and that unfair!! Why would i want yhe crappy reward points instead of my cashback on my losses…its different if it was taken away from everyone but it wasn’t. Very disappointed in this site.
