My concern, they let this drag out and then say its been too long and nothing they can do. I have my addresses that the funds were sent to, along with time stamps. What happens to those that dont have this info?

I saw someone say that they were able to dispute/resolve this with Coinbase but now I cant find that post. Does anyone know how to do this? I use Coinbase but am no expert.
If you contact CS, they should give a comp depending on how much is in limbo. ive seen people say 20 and 50

Okay folks at first i was saying they are using our bitcoin to make some money if the market moves, but ignition has enough money as it is. So this is my opinion as what is happening. I believe somebody hacked or breached their system. So now our personal info has been gotten. Makes sense to shut the whole system down until they find a solution or maybe pay the hackers money to get back their customers personal info. Again its my personal opinion. They dont want their customers knowing if it did happend. When CS is ignoring their customers then you know something bad has happen.
