**Notice: Deposit/Withdrawal and Service Issues – April 20–21, 2025**

It’s been 72 hours since I deposited btc, the same way I’ve done it 20+ times. I’ve spent hours with customer support with no resolution. They are claiming they can’t find my deposit, despite me sending the addresses and a screenshot. Coinbase has confirmed it’s transferred and said the issue is on the ignition side. What do I do?

I see they say contact customer service for bonus support, don’t waste your time. I been back in forth for 2 days. I did a friend referral Sunday, my luck it’s during the outage. So anyway I didn’t receive my bonus. Contacted CS and they said have my friend contact them to verify. Long story short did this step twice. The second time they told me my friend had to make a deposit to receive the bonus I said she did Sunday. So again same thing both of us contacted CS then after hours and 6 to 8 CS finally at 5 today CS told me I would receive my bonus today by 9:45 which was the 24 hour wait time. Guess what nothing. Contacted CS again to get that you know our system is acting up and once it is up and running you will receive it. What happened with 9:45 as promised. I’m a long time player here so I said well I should get something for all this time of being run around for 2 days then lied too. I was told sorry I know this isn’t what you want to hear but at this time I can’t offer any bonus. I’m definitely going to think before I ever recommend anyone else here.

Help! Is anyone experiencing longer wait times on withdrawals? I’ve never waited this long here - it made me re verify my identity and then said they couldn’t verify it and to wait 24-48 hours to be contacted. I’m shocked that this could even be happening. Anyone else have this issue ?

They weren’t able to help me at all. This has gone too far. I have been verified for years! I did everything exactly as instructed to upon RE-VERIFICATION! Now I’m waiting again ? To hear back from y’all on the VERIFICATION? For another 24-48 hours? And no one in chat can help me. I have the screenshots.

I withdrawal all the time! Why now ? I just want my winnings. I also deposit daily and this is my first bigger win in a YEAR. Without receiving bonuses since August. So why are yall holding this up? With all due respect I’m gonna say it. People took a chance and invested here. The fact it’s been 72+ hours later is terrifying! There’s still no real explanation to what’s going on. For mods to say they can’t access the system is a major red flag! The truth needs to come out already. I’m guessing the site has been hacked or there’s a lawsuit. Either way player’s have lost trust by now.
