Can you try to change internet setting. Possibly from wifi to data network if on mobile or resetting your internet modem. Weāve received positive feedback on that as its worked for some

I still havenāt gotten 1-$10 tournament tickets after complaining bout many issues the past couple weeks, unbelievable:
@Clint1971 Are you missing a ticket or just asking for compensation for the issues? As per the message on the 26th any further site issue compensation will only be addressed after they are resolved.
How this site has been for the last week had been unacceotable. Yesterday I had multiple deposits not post for s long time and I ended up blinding out of a $60 tournament I sat in for over 4 hours, getting knocked out 7 before the money because of not being able to log back into the poker client for over an hour. Iāve been with you guys for 5 years now and last time something like this happened for a prolonged period of time (maybe 6 months ago or so??) I received a $150 free play for poker with 1x roll over. I need a similar form of compensation if Iām to continue using this site. Itās beyond frustrating. Iāve been getting disconnected, blocked from logging back in, etc many times.

Have you tried reinstalling the client? Weāre not seeing any current common issues reported of poker being completely down on our end.

Yes the first matter before May 26 wasnāt resolved bc Iām unable to respond instantly bc of work but yes there were a few issues and I was wanting to get Compensated for 2 $10 tournament tickets bc I play slots and poker and had issues with both before May 26. In over 5 years I probably made a complaint one time. Thank you
This problem is no longer, but was getting a generic error message under each crypto.
Iām new to your site and have had multiple issues over the last week.
One 15$ tournament that i got kicked out of and kept freezing multiple times-couldnāt call blinds or bets, found out i could stay in a hand only by raising before my time to respond expired.
I tried logging out, deleting browser history, restarting computer. Nothing worked, was finally able to get back to the tournament but had lost too many chips to do anything.
I have had multiple issues on different days with logging in.
Did not receive a ticket for the crypto depositorās freeroll (unless I am mistaken and the tickets get issued the following week after deposits are made?)
had issues last night with jackpot sit n go and while they were only the cheapest of the offerings, all I got after buy in was a blank white screen and the grey and orange circles forever and ever.
I can be understanding for a few site issues here and there, but it has happened constantly and at inopportune times throughout this week.
I would like to be compensated 16$ for the three tournaments I was effected, or I will find somewhere else to play.
I will not be making another deposit until this is resolved.

In order to review these tournaments weāll need more specific details, such as the actual date and time you played in these tournaments or the actual reference numbers if possible. these can be found in your transactions. You can PM them HERE.
As for the freeroll ticket this is issued for any $20 crypto deposit Friday to Friday for that week. In the future if you donāt see the ticket or canāt register after Friday afternoon for Sunday let us know and weāll get you a ticket if eligible.
Where would I find the specific tournament numbers for ones I have entered previously?
Iām looking but not seeing anything other than the day and time under ātransactionsā tab when i click on the cashier section.
This does not allow me to follow a link with more specific tournament info,just shows dates and times.
these were the jackpot s&g that froze and wouldnt let me in.
