Don’t expect too much. I’ve gotten boned by this site many times. Was in a $25,000 GTD tourney and was 1st in chips by 3x the 2nd place player and we were already in the money. Tournament froze and they issued me $300 saying that was what I was entitled to…. They didn’t do shit to make it up. As for the nightmare of the last week or so- they gave me a whopping 37,500 miles. It’s laughable.

Yes I joined a sit and go and a jackpot sit and go and then it logged me out and when I was trying to log back into the casino it kept saying error. Wasn’t dealt one hand just blank and got logged off. I need my $3.30 back for my sit and go I paid for and didn’t get to play in
EVERYONE stop playing until they fix it. Once their deposits dry up they will have no other choice than to fix it or shut down. As of now people are still depositing and trying to play so they are ok with it as long as people keep depositing.

Was unable to log in from 8am-1030am cst. Was enrolled in 3 tournaments
When are tickets going to be re issued? I was in the middle of two $10+$1 tournaments when the site went down and locked some of us out for hours a few days back. Chat support continues to say tickets will be re issued when the problems are completely resolved. I just can’t wrap my brain around that one.
Okay thanks, I appreciate it. Honestly I would be completely satisfied with 3 $7 jackpot sit and go tickets. I wouldn’t mind eating the $1 dollar difference. If that makes it any easier.
This has pretty much ruined the small amount of cash I had in the account. I got it a ways in blackjack then the site kept crashing out. What a waste of time.
I was frozen out of 3 sit and goes for $5 and 1 for $10 just today alone. I contacted support yesterday about the constant freezing over the weekend and was told by chat support that no refund will be issued at this time.
As a software engineer, I will love to help out in any way possible. My suspicion is that there are issues with the authentication server and possibly SSL certificates that expire / change / corrupt which makes communication with backend servers insecure which result in connection termination.
For now though can any mods on here please assist me with the lost funds I experienced today alone. Thanks
I don’t think it’s related to ssl certificates, pretty sure they would have lifetime ssl certificates.
But yes I’d even offer my services for free at this point too 
I doubt that they would be using lifetime SSL certificates without a rotation schedule. Sometimes distributed systems using kubernetes for example can run into this problem if they have an auto SSL generator whenever they spin up a new server or scale their deployment. The experience will be confusion on what certificates are valid. This will lead to some users having access to the backend while some cannot access the backend. Looking at the console that logs, suggest that there is connection errors with some resources trying to access over http instead of https.
Still major issues it seems. Was in 2 sit n go’s and got disconnected and couldn’t log back in from mobile/desktop/client. Really annoying especially being on the bubble of one of them… How can I receive my refund?

So ignition finally loaded and it seemed like all was good but after registering for a tournament, the poker table will not load completely. Always stops at 59%. This is on the desktop client for windows.

Can a moderator please look into my account for me? I was playing multiple double up sngs when the site just crashed again tongiht . Couldnt log into software or even into the site for a couple hours. I have videos and pictures of what was happening if needed
